Under Seth’s leadership over 6 years, the Maryland/DC region of Keller Williams achieved the following between 2011 and 2017:
- Number of closed units grew from 6,570 to 23,187 (353% increase)
- Closed sales volume grew from $1.7 Billion to $7.2 Billion (424% increase)
- Agent gross commissions grew from $47 Million to $195 Million (415% increase)
- Recruited 8,050 agents
- Agent count in the region grew from 1,567 to 4,623 (295% increase)
Beyond these incredible accomplishments, Seth felt like he still had a passion that needed filling. He knew he needed to follow his passion and create a system that could impact thousands of people by helping real estate professionals across the country create generational wealth. In 2013, Seth founded the Five Doors Network. The Five Doors Network had rapid success, as it quickly became a top expansion team in the country. In 2014, Seth became the Operating Partner of Keller Williams Legacy in Pikesville, MD. Under his leadership, Legacy grew to over 400 associates in under 3 years, one of the fastest growing launches in Keller Williams franchise in history. Under Seth’s leadership, the Pikesville office became completely dominant in local market share – including being ranked as the #1 single office in the state of Maryland by units sold, and the #1 office in Baltimore City/County by every key metric (units sold, volume sold, listings sold, and agent count). In early 2018, Seth opened his second market center, Keller Williams Legacy West, in Westminster, MD. In 2019, Seth purchased his third market center, now known as Keller Williams Legacy Central, in Timonium, MD. The Keller Williams Legacy Brokerage Group comprises over 500 licensed Realtors and is on a hyper-fast track to growth. Seth’s vision is to own and operate 25-30 market centers in the next 5 years.
Seth is an experienced coach and is highly sought after in the business, real estate, and wealth creation communities. He is a certified Career Visioning and Quantum Leap instructor, and a member of the coveted Keller Williams University Master Faculty.
